Shipping Policy
kinwoomc's goal is to send your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive your order within 15-20 working days. Our delivery date is from Monday to Saturday.
Note: if one of the products in the order is out of stock, the customer can cancel the order or replace it with another product. When this happens, the kinwoomc customer service team will first contact you by email. You can tell us your decision by email, but if you don't notice this email, we will contact you later. Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the order and the carrier used. (the threshold does not include delivery costs) the delivery price will be displayed on your basket page.
